UPDATE: I also put together a Seahawks Numerical Roster that is easy to print on either two pages, or one page (both sides). It should come in useful to anyone attending the Seahawks open practice or watching the preseason games.

The new guys over at Seahawks Insider seem to have abandoned Mike Sando's 34-category roster (it hasn't been updated since June 1st). I heard people asking: Who is Kyle Williams? Where did Jonathan Alston come from? So I updated the roster (I sent a copy to Dave Boling).

A new, updated version is available here: Seahawks 34-Category Roster (in MS Excel).

I took the liberty of updating it with all of the roster changes since June 1st, including all contract signings, free agent pickups, releases, and NFL Europe exemptions. I also made it so all of the numbers at the top (e.g. Average Age, Starters 30+, # at each position, etc.) are calculated automatically from the data below. And Age and Days on Active Roster Since Most Recent Deal Signed are also both calculated automatically up to the current day.
